About Me
I've always been fascinated with the body, how it functions, and its endless capabilities. In my mid-twenties, while going through a difficult break-up with an EX boyfriend, I took my first yoga class and it was love at first downward dog. Yoga became my practice to heal emotional wounds, to overcome depression, calm my mind, and connect to my body.

After years of practicing I complete my 200 YTT in Maui, Hawaii. Craving more knowledge led me to my next training in Ubud, Bali where I completed my 300 YTT. As a 600hr+ RYT, I have continued to explore and study different modalities of movement including, Fluidus Method Flow, Embodied movement + Dance, Pre/Post natal, and Somatic Yoga Therapy (Hanna Somatics).

The natural next step for me on my journey was moving into women's health and wellness coaching; combining years of Yoga Teaching/ Training, Health/Wellness Coach Training, and my personal life experience. I have the tools and knowledge to help women transform, creating new (lasting) habits, new (positive) mindset, new (healthy) practices, and rooting self love into the core of their being.
