Somatic Yoga Therapy

Somatic Yoga is an integration of classical yoga, mind-body-spirit psychology, mindfulness, and personalized practice. During a session, I will guide and support you to become aware of experiences that have become embedded in the tissues of your body and to recognize and release the mental/ emotional habits that may be blocking the flow of your vitality. Implementing practices of yoga and embodied movements that focus on health and wellness on every level: physical, energetic, mental, emotional and spiritual. Somatic Yoga Therapy is a multi-layered healing journey that brings balance to the body and mind through the use of yoga postures, breath work, mantras, meditation practices including visualization and guided self-reflection.
The healing journey is unique to each individual; therefore, sessions are tailored specifically for your needs to facilitate optimal health and well-being.

Pre/ Post Natal Yoga

I support women physically, emotionally and spiritually on their journey to motherhood. I guide expecting mamas through yoga postures, breath work, mantras and meditations. I create a personalized program to provide comfort measures to support each woman through the joys and challenges of pregnancy and early motherhood. Together we honor pregnancy as the beginning of another phase of a woman’s spiritual journey. I hold a safe and sacred space for this growth and change. This is an opportunity during pregnancy for a woman to connect to her baby, her intuition, her wisdom, her strength and her own divine nature.

Embodied Yoga Flow + Vinyasa + FluidUs Method
​
Uniting the mind and body as one. This session will combine somatic movement practice, asana, dance, with a fluid style vinyasa flow. Move, breathe, release tension, open up fascial and energetic lines. Explore flow as a meditation in motion and feel a sense of freedom through movement. Rediscover the innate inner wisdom of your body.
